Your child is a gift from God, and what a joy it is to celebrate this beautiful gift through the Sacrament of Baptism. Our parish community looks forward to sharing this special moment with you and your family.

STEP 1: 
Before You Register for Baptism:
Baptisms are scheduled several times per year for families registered as parishioners at St. Francis Parish. To ensure your child can be baptized, you must first be registered as a parishioner at St. Francis Parish. If you are not yet a registered parishioner, or if you need to update your registration information, please complete the Parishioner Registration Form here.
Once your registration is complete, you can proceed with the next steps to schedule your child's Baptism.

STEP 2: 
Next Steps for Baptism:

• Complete and submit the online Official Request for Sacrament of Baptism form
• Review Godparent Guidelines
• After submitting the form, the Baptism Team will contact you to schedule a family interview appointment
• The Parish will need a copy of the County-issued birth certificate or adoption/guardianship document. Please bring this with you to the Family Interview appointment
• The baptism will be scheduled at the family interview appointment
• View baptism schedule: 2024 
• Parents and godparents are expected to attend the required Preparation Class and rehearsal

Video/Photo Policy

In order to preserve the sacred character and integrity of the celebration, we ask that families do not use flash photography and remain in their seats during the Rite.

Live streaming of the baptism is available so that family and friends who cannot attend the baptism can watch it in real time.
