Called together by God into community as the body of Christ, we help one another along the way and build up the reign of God. God enters into a covenant with us, promising to guide and gift us. Each one of us matters to God and to one another; the whole of our life matters, and we have something to offer—even when we are ill or in difficulties and serve others by graciously accepting their help. May our walk with Christ and each other help us to discover new hopes and dreams, and recognize possibilities—including ways we can share, even in the middle of our busy lives, even with all the demands that are placed on our time, our finances, our spirit. May we find the courage to risk sharing anew from our gifts and receiving the help that we offer to one another when we need it.
Here are some ways you can share your gifts with St. Francis: Pray with Us Wherever we are, we're joined together as one body in prayer. We share our gifts, concerns, joy with one another, and at any time, we can share them with our loving God. Remembering your parish family in prayer makes a hugh difference—gives courage, vision, inspiration to your brothers and sisters who are working through their personal challenges and/or serving the parish in ministry.
